Licensing model / proposed path

A bonded antimicrobial technology for the products you make.

DURITex is a nonmetal antimicrobial technology designed to bond into compatible fibers and substrates. Bring your article, manufacturing process or managed program and we’ll explore the mechanism, material fit and applicable DURITex standards and testing metrics for the finished application.

The technology, in practice

A bonded, nonmetal antimicrobial platform for compatible materials.

The liquid is bonded into the selected fiber or substrate through an application method shaped to the finished use case.

You purchase the DURITex liquid and license that application method, with standards, testing metrics and support shaped around your application.

01 / Two routes to license

Bring the line or the service.

Whether you are building a finished product line or a managed textile program, DURITex meets you where your business is today.

Product-line license

Integrate DURITex into your own line.

If you lead textile, apparel, uniform, filtration, surface, healthcare, hospitality or defense product work, DURITex can become part of your more differentiated product offer—from early fit through launch support.

Commercial laundry implementation

Build the treatment into a managed textile service.

If you run an industrial laundry or textile-service operation, DURITex can support your stronger managed-service offering through article selection, care planning, service-model alignment and customer or ESG information.

DURITex is the technology layer. It complements—not replaces—your existing laundry, hygiene and care standards. You purchase the liquid and license the application method; the applicable DURITex metrics and final product claims are confirmed for the application you bring.

02 / The proposed stages

A partnership path built around progress.

A good partnership should feel clear from day one. These stages show how we can move from a promising idea to a market-ready offering together.

01

Start with your opportunity

Tell us where you see potential: a product line, a managed textile service or another defined application. Together, we map the material, customer and market context.

02

Explore the right fit

We review the material, manufacturing or service workflow and help identify a practical path for samples, treatment and implementation.

03

Build confidence in the application

The finished article or service model is evaluated around the conditions, care expectations and evidence that matter for your intended market.

04

Shape the commercial relationship

We align on the commercial structure that fits the opportunity, including field of use, territory, service model, volume and royalty approach.

05

Prepare to bring it to market

We align on the production or service controls, product story, care guidance and supported claims needed for your launch.

06

Grow with ongoing support

As your application develops, DURITex can support your product questions, market coordination and responsible marketing.

Every license is shaped around the specific opportunity. These stages are a practical guide to the conversation, not a fixed commercial offer.

Optional / after validation and agreement

Make the product story easier to share.

Once you align on the application and commercial relationship, you can add an optional Digital Product Passport layer to carry the right product or service information into your customer and ESG reporting workflows.

Care guidance, lower-temperature laundering and any skipped-wash option must be validated for your specific article, construction, soil/load, end use and applicable hygiene requirements. The implementation is configurable and depends on your data and reporting requirements. You retain responsibility for final claims, data governance and reporting methodology; DURITex does not independently verify a corporate ESG report.

White-labeled DURITex-powered experience

A branded layer can present the product story, selected evidence, approved care guidance and useful service information in your customer experience.

Integration into an existing DPP

If you already use a DPP environment, relevant DURITex and finished-product information can be structured to support your existing workflow.

Your customer and ESG reporting layer

Customer-facing information and internal ESG reporting fields can be configured around your organization’s data, governance and reporting needs.

Optional layer / scoped during implementation

04 / Your licensed system, not a badge shortcut

Trust is built into the review.

A DURITex mark helps your finished product explain the technology behind it. We make sure that story is clear, credible and aligned with the application.

A proposed approval path

Over time, this model can support a DURITex partner network once you complete the relevant technical, quality and claims conversations for your scope. The network is a proposed direction, not an existing roster.

Finished-product review

Before you present publicly, we can review your finished product, proposed mark placement and supporting language. Your agreement defines permission, scope and review requirements.

Material choice

Nonmetal changes the diligence questions.

DURITex is a nonmetal technology supplied as a liquid and bonded into compatible materials through a licensed application method. The bonded-material design and any migration or environmental performance should be evaluated for the finished application. Controlled evidence about laundering-related durability and material-safety context is available through administrator review for the defined article, method and conditions. Metal-based options may use embedded metal materials, particles or ion release, so their release and environmental profile must be evaluated for the finished application.

05 / Bring this to the first conversation

Start with the opportunity that matters to you.

Your intended route: product-line license or commercial laundry/textile-service program

The product or material you want to evaluate

Your substrate, process and relevant operating conditions

The market, customer and intended use environment

The evidence or approval path your finished product requires

You do not need a finished business case to get in touch. A clear opportunity and a real material are a great place to begin.
