Optional / scoped to your product
Digital Product Passports for DURITex applications.
A practical Digital Product Passport pathway for you to carry the applicable material, evidence, care and service information into your customer and ESG workflows.
DURITex DPP principle
Share what the market needs. Protect what it does not.
You remain responsible for the final record, claims, data governance and market-specific review. This is a portable information layer, not a legal certification.
01 / Platform architecture
A passport is a connected information layer, not a single platform.
The attached DPP guidance emphasizes a decentralized model. DURITex can help organize the material and evidence layer while you choose the system, carrier and operating model that fit your product.
Machine-readable information
Structure product records in open, machine-readable formats and align identifiers, data fields and exchange methods with the standards required for the product category and market.
A physical data carrier
Connect the finished article to its digital record through a carrier such as a QR code, Data Matrix or NFC chip selected for the product and customer experience.
Role-based visibility
Separate public product information from partner, regulatory and internal views. The DPP can carry approved claims and care guidance without publishing confidential formulation or process details.
02 / Your integration
Put DURITex inside the product passport you already own.
Your finished product or textile-service program remains the center of the record. After you purchase DURITex liquid and license the application method, map the applicable treatment, standards and evidence layer into your existing product-information or DPP workflow.
This is an integration handoff, not a replacement for your PIM, DPP provider, regulatory review or data-governance process.

DURITex treatment record
Carry the approved DURITex technology name, treatment purpose, compatible substrate and relevant application context into the finished-product record.
Evidence and validation
Link the applicable test method, organism, substrate, wash or service conditions and approved performance evidence for your actual construction.
Care and service context
Add your approved care instructions, laundering or maintenance requirements and any validated service-program information.
Your workflow
Publish through your PIM, existing DPP provider or selected white-label experience. DURITex supports the handoff; you control the final record and carrier.
03 / Textile record
Start with the information a textile product actually carries.
For apparel and textile-service programs, a useful DPP brings together identification, construction, care, durability, circularity and verification in a record that can be maintained over the product lifecycle.
01
Identification & traceability
Unique product, brand and facility identifiers, plus country-of-origin and supply-chain context.
02
Composition & chemical transparency
Fiber blend detail, relevant finishing agents and the regulatory references required for the finished article.
03
Durability & performance
Physical durability, laundering longevity and accredited test evidence matched to the actual construction and claim.
04
Circularity & end of life
Recycled content, care, repair, reuse, disassembly and recycling information where applicable.
05
Compliance & footprint
Applicable footprint metrics, certifications, laboratory reports and other verification records.
04 / Product-specific impact
Turn an approved care decision into a measurable product story.
For a suitable hospitality, textile-service or apparel program, a product passport can carry a measured care baseline and a voluntary action such as skipping a scheduled linen wash. It is not a universal sustainability claim: the result is calculated from your specific equipment and load inputs.
Lower-temperature washing and other alternative-care comparisons are shown only where the finished product's care guidance, hygiene protocol and validation evidence support them.
01
Configure the actual care baseline
You enter the product/service unit, baseline and alternative water/energy per unit, inlet and wash temperatures, and the documented washer/dryer source for your specific program.
02
Review before it becomes customer-facing
DURITex reviews your product record and calculation context. Your passport labels results as estimated until you verify the underlying inputs.
03
Connect the approved experience to a carrier
A QR code, Data Matrix, NFC/RFID touchpoint or NFT-linked URL can direct a customer to the published record; the carrier is an entry point, not a separate data store.
04
Record a qualified customer action
For suitable programs—such as an approved hotel linen opt-out—a guest can scan the room or linen carrier, choose a qualified action and see the water and energy result. Lower-temperature paths remain product-specific modeled estimates until verified.
05 / Implementation path
Move from material story to maintained record.
A focused DPP conversation starts with your product and the information decisions around it—not with a generic template.
Define your article, service model, markets and intended customer experience.
Map the DURITex treatment, material, care, performance, compliance and circularity fields into your schema.
Separate the public, partner, regulatory and confidential information you want to carry before populating the DPP.
Choose your carrier, host and integration approach, then validate your finished-product claims and workflow.
